These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and PiziZC, the individual developer who operates Nourish (the "App", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Nourish, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Health & Medical Disclaimer, and our AI Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the App on behalf of another person, you confirm you have authority to do so.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nourish for your own personal, non-commercial wellness tracking, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; submit content that infringes others' rights or that you have no right to submit; attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend; abuse or circumvent AI usage limits; or use the App to provide medical or professional advice to others.
Nourish is a self-tracking and educational wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional judgment. Energy, calorie, macronutrient, and metabolism figures are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, elderly, or have any medical condition or eating disorder. Nourish uses a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to estimate nutrition and activity from the text and images you submit. AI output is probabilistic and may be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing and, where needed, correcting estimates before relying on them. See the full AI Disclaimer.
Nourish may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for paid features (for example, expanded AI usage), sold through the Apple App Store and managed with RevenueCat.
The App, its design, and its content (excluding your data) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or branding.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that estimates are accurate, that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. To the extent required, these Terms incorporate the minimum terms of Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
